Merge updates from English style checker into Spanish style checker.

Fix one last use of "e.g."

Additionally ban "ie" and "eg" with a comma after it, since I just found an instance of that.

Ban the word "recall" which was only used in the deprecated name "command recall box".
"Command recall" is now called "history" as in Command History/Output box.

Fix a bad comma given before a "but" (required some reworking of the sentence)

Remove redundant links (when there are multiple lines to the same page in the same section).
This follows the conventions of wikipedia.
In some cases, this enabled the removal of an entire "Ve Tambien" section.
In other cases, it removed entire awkware sentences, as the sentence only existed to provide a link.

Remove a grammatically extranous comma before a "but"

Document and add regression tests for when BURY/TRACE/STEP is used on something that's not defined.
The behavior inherited from UCBLogo is that you can do this, although the effect isn't visible until the item is defined.
This is a response to Support Request #29.
