Fix a vestigal inaccuracy about tokenization.
Backslashed characters can't be distinguished by BACKSLASHEDP because the backslash is removed while parsing. Characters entered within vertical bars can be distiguished.
I suspect that, at some point, the earlier statement was true and that the documentation was not updated when the code was changed.
This change was mostly copied from the UCBLogo 6.2 manual, including its location within the chapter.

Document the command-line options that can be given to the installer.

A user had reported that they were unable to get silent installing working with "/s".
I realized that, not only is it not documented that it must be "/S", it wasn't documented at all.

Fix the asserts in Interpolate (they failed when loading benchmark.lgo)

Tag the source code that was used to build FMSLogo 8.3.2.

Add the benchmark results from 8.3.2.

Update with results of 8.2.3 test pass.

Increment the version to 8.3.2 for a formal release.

Fix bug #583 (MESSAGEBOX garbles long text when scrolled)
The fix is to depend on a specific version of the common controls, as wxWidgets does. I don't really understand why this is needed, but it has some very version-specific logic of creating a standard message box, adding a windows hook, then modifying the resulting dialog, removing the STATIC control and replacing it with an EDIT control. Given this, it's no surprise that it would need an exact build of the DLL.

Fix a bug in the build where a change to the manifest didn't cause the RC object to be rebuilt.
