Fix Bug #582; The commander once again treats \n as an escaped newline character, not whitespace.
This was a regression introduced in FMSLogo 8.1.0.

Fix a bug on GNU/Linux that prevented bitmaps from being copied to/from the clipboard.

Fix build breaks on GNU/Linux on the newly-ported bitmap functions.

Rework CutMap to use wxBitmap instead of HBITMAP.
This should enable BITCUT/BITPASTE/BITCOPY/etc to work on GNU/Linux.

Add a test case that BITFIT can resize the image on the clipboard.

Define SRCCOPY to be able to remove an "#ifndef WXPURE".
This prepares the code so that graphwin.cpp to be ported to use wxBitmap instead of HBITMAP.

Add -static to the LDFLAGS to fix a problem where the wxWidgets samples won't run on my Windows 10 machine.
I think this is because no winpthread.dll exists.
