FMSLogo Code

Define SRCCOPY to be able to remove an "#ifndef WXPURE".
This prepares the code so that graphwin.cpp to be ported to use wxBitmap instead of HBITMAP.

Add -static to the LDFLAGS to fix a problem where the wxWidgets samples won't run on my Windows 10 machine.
I think this is because no winpthread.dll exists.

Fix a gammatical error: "laid down" -> "lied down" for past tense of intransitive "lie down"

Tag the source code used to build and test FMSLogo 8.3.0.

Update the 8.3.0 benchmark results after improveing performance and re-running the test with a new release candidate.

Fix a recent regression that prevented sprite turtles from wrapping across the top/bottom edge

Fix an inconsequential typo in a test message

Add "SETPENSIZE 1" after "SETPENSIZE 2" to prevent strange-looking results in subsequent tests

Note that the performance of sprites was improved in FMSLogo 8.3.0.
