Set variablelist.as.blocks=1 to give examples more width before being truncated in PDF.

Delete the copy of the English manual which was set aside for translating into Hindi.
If that does ever happen, it should start from a recent copy, not this old one.

Fix Bug #573; Don't allow multiple "Single Step" dialog boxes

This fixes a problem where a callback instruction lists (such as ones run by SETTIMER) could pop up a single-step dialog boxes after than they could be closed, causing the user to lose control of FMSLogo if they pressed the "Step" button while a timer event with a short period was active.

Join a sentence onto the same line.

Correct the error message shown in the example for ERASEFILE to match what FMSLogo 8.2.0 throws.
