Add a DLLCALL sample for GetModuleFileNameW(HMODULE)

Add DLLCALL samples for getting and setting the current working directory.

Fix grammar error: "devuelve" -> "devuelven"

Document that the width/height that's specified on the command line can be retrieved programmatically with MACHINE.

Change "es reducida" to "se reducen", which sounds more natural to me.
"es reducida" is grammatically incorrect because the sentence says the width/height change (estar would be more appropriate but also unnatural).

Strip down the release notes to what is strictly necessary.
