Remove an unused local variable from EDITFILE

Fix typos in comments

Add the FMSLogo icon to the commander window in TEXTSCREEN/FULLSCREEN mode.

Cleanup: remove calls to SetHWND
These were always followed by calls to SubclassWin() which internally calls SetHWND, so the extra call within FMSLogo was redundant.

Stop making the editor window always on top of the main frame.
This enables the user to see (and copy from) the commander's history when the workspace editor is open.

Re-add EDALLBTN so that users can customize the behavior of the Edall button.
This existed in MSWLogo but I had removed it because I didn't understand its purpose. After getting a few feature requests to have different behavior for Edall, it makes more sense to have it.

Remove trailing whitespace

Add a regression test for pressing the Edall button

Add tests for PO/POT for a procedure that was defined with DEFINE.
There's a special case for this internally.

Make the "Cannot find string" dialog box a child of the find dialog so that dismissing it gives focus to the find dialog and not the editor.
This makes keyboard navigation easier, especially when dismissing the "cannot find string" with Esc.
