Add tests for PO/POT for a procedure that was defined with DEFINE.
There's a special case for this internally.

Make the "Cannot find string" dialog box a child of the find dialog so that dismissing it gives focus to the find dialog and not the editor.
This makes keyboard navigation easier, especially when dismissing the "cannot find string" with Esc.

Fix Bug #565; Seleting a list item in COMBOBOX no longer clicks the following button created with BUTTONCREATE.

The fix is to change the call to SetHWND() to SubclassWin() in CLogoComboBox.
SubclassWin() calls SetHWND() but also associates the HWND with the wxWindow.
This association is important as without it, any windows messages passed to the HWND aren't delivered to the corresponding wxWindow* but instead goes to the first control with a matching ID. Since most of the controls have wxID_ANY, this has an unpredicable effect.

Remove the return value of printfx() since it was never used.

Change RMDIR to use wxRmDir instead of wxRmdir.
wxRmdir shows a dialog box on error on GTK builds, which is not how the Windows FMSLogo behaves.

Fix Bug #571; RMDIR once again prints the reason it failed when it fails.
