Add screenshots to the sample instructions for modifying the the desktop shortcut.

Add an explicit regression test for bug #506.

Standardize on using «píxel» (with an accent on the i) in the Spanish manual.

Reorganize the command-line options section so that all options are on the same page.
Also, move the explanation of how to configure the options in the shortcut to after the section that explains what the shortcuts are.

Fix a build break when compiling without precompiled headers.

Fix a build break in the screensaver by rewriting updates to transline_helper to use the screenwindow.h interface.

Initialize the pens on GNU/Linux.
This is now supported by the code base and, without it, the turtles don't draw until you set their pen color.

Increase the amount of time BYETEST.PENDINGEVENTS waits for the child Logo instance to show a dialog box.
During the previous two test passes, the test reported that it couldn't find the dialog, so this is an attempt to make the test more robust.

Cleanup: Remove some unused member functions of qlist

Update FMSLogo to use wxPen instead of HPEN
This enables setting pen colors on GNU/Linux.
This required an additional patch to wxWidgets 3.1.3, but a similar fix has already been applied to 3.1.4.
This change may have slightly altered the images that get drawn, as a few of the drawing tests failed due to differences in the drawn image in ways that I was unable to see.
