Cleanup: Remove some unused member functions of qlist

Update FMSLogo to use wxPen instead of HPEN
This enables setting pen colors on GNU/Linux.
This required an additional patch to wxWidgets 3.1.3, but a similar fix has already been applied to 3.1.4.
This change may have slightly altered the images that get drawn, as a few of the drawing tests failed due to differences in the drawn image in ways that I was unable to see.

Fix indentation in a switch statement to be consistent

Refactoring: Replace ndprinf() with a simpler print_string()
This is easier to read (no confusion over "%t" or why the flag to print backslashes is ignored.

Fix a regression in expand_slash that was added when update FMSLogo to use Unicode.
A misplaced "*" made it over-allocate the size of the string.

Add some comments to explain what expand_slash does.
Also give "i" a better name, since it isn't an index.

Cleanup: Remove unneeded checks from real_print_helper and add comments

Add some comments related to the NT_VBAR flag.

Cleanup: Remove what I think is dead code in real_print_node.
The *cp should never be ':' or '"' because those would have been
replaced by their vbarred equivalent.

Fix a bug that only manifested itself when using the libc on GNU/Linux.
The bug is that do_execution gave wcscpy overlapping regions, which
has implementation defined behavior. On GNU/Linux, this resulted in
weird behavior when the text typed into the commander has backslashes.

The fix to not use wcscpy, but instead perform that logic in do_execution.
The code was also reworked not to modify the given string, but to perform
the backslashing on a separate buffer. It uses make_strnode_no_copy so that
this change didn't result in an extra copy, only where the copy happens.
