Add some sample code for calling GetEnvironmentVariableW()
This may eventually be added to the documentation, so I also added some tests for it.

Tag the source code used to produce FMSLogo 8.0.2.

Update test logs with the result from the 8.0.2 test pass.

Add a few of the new printouts from the 8.0.2 test pass.
Something when wrong during this test pass and it couldn't be completed, so this update only contains part if what it should.

Increment the version to 8.0.2 to prepare for a formal release.

Update the release process to include updating the version in README.TXT.
This used to be done before, but now that changes are added to CHANGELOG.TXT instead of README.TXT, the release is the first time that the README.TXT is modified.

Use a list instead of an array for uievent in UIAUTOMATION.POSTSTRINGTOWINDOW.
The resulting code is shorter.

Fix typos in comments.

Fix Bug #560; WINDOWFILEEDIT no longer adds a UTF-8 BOM to the beginning of files which contain only ASCII characters.

In order to automate a regression test, I had to remove UIAUTOMATION.SENDSTRINGTOWINDOW which didn't allow writing a "^" character. I had added this thinking it could be used to access a window's menu, but it didn't work.
