FMSLogo Code

Remove the UTF-8 BOM which WINDOWFILEEDIT added (bug #560).

Add some logic to fail gracefully if not running in FMSLogo 8.0.0 or higher.
FMSLogo 8.0.0 is required to be able to reuse the same NETACCEPTON for each request.

Remove the BOM that I accidently added in the previous revision so that it'll run on FMSLogo below 8.0.0.

Update the logotype in the banner to match the current logotype (FMSLogo 8.0.0)

Update the example screenshot to use the new FMSLogo icon (taken on FMSLogo 8.0.1).

Add some additional information for appwiz.cpl to display.
This includes the publisher, a link to the homepage, a link to the Help Forum, and a link to the README.
This is only for the legacy Add or Remove Programs control panel. The "modern" one doesn't show this.
I don't know if this will be useful to anyone, but it shouldn't be harmful.

Calculate the estimated size for the uninstaller.
Windows XP had some heuristics to determine this automatically, but it has to be done manually on Windows 10.
This helps people decide whether or not it's worth uninstalling FMSLogo.

Add a QuiteUninstallString, as recommended by NSIS documentation.
I don't know how to test whether this does anything.

Show the installed version of FMSLogo in the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel.

Show the FMSLogo icon in the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel instead of a Windows default.
