FMSLogo Code

Calculate the estimated size for the uninstaller.
Windows XP had some heuristics to determine this automatically, but it has to be done manually on Windows 10.
This helps people decide whether or not it's worth uninstalling FMSLogo.

Add a QuiteUninstallString, as recommended by NSIS documentation.
I don't know how to test whether this does anything.

Show the installed version of FMSLogo in the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel.

Show the FMSLogo icon in the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel instead of a Windows default.

Note the new images in the installer.
Also change the release process so that changes are logged first in CHANGELOG.TXT instead of README.TXT. This will make it easier to track down changes when a change happened with "svn blame", although it does mean that pre-release versions won't include what's new in them.

Update the install/uninstall icons to be true color instead of 256 color.
Displays which use a color palette are not supported by FMSLogo.
This makes the installer larger but it looks much better.

In order for these bitmaps to be shown, I had to export them in gimp, then open them in mspaint and re-save them.

Add fmslogo-header-uninstall-icon.bmp as a dependency of fmslogo.exe.

Override EDALL with EDITFILE to avoid confusion (the default EDALL doesn't save the file when it's closed).

Fix whitespace

Add a URL for a style sheet.
Now that the web server responds with caching directives, this doesn't significantly increase the number of requests served.
