FMSLogo Code

Fix all "Issues" reported by Edge and all warnings reported by Firefox.
This was mostly accessibility and content encoding issues.

Add directives for the browser to cache responses for 60 seconds.
This should eliminate about half of the round-trips in a POST redirect GET pattern.
I will also eliminate some round-trips if a separate CSS resource is added.

Fix bug #90; AM.lgo is now the thing you should double-click to run Asteroid Miner.

This revision deletes the shortcuts (which didn't work on 64-bit Windows), deletes the icon (which looked like something you should click), and changes AM.lgo to launch a new instance FMSLogo with appropriate "-w" and "-h" parameters. This pattern works because:

1) When FMSLogo is installed, *.lgo is associated with fmslogo.exe.
2) When FMSLogo is started with a program, it changes its working directory to the program's directory to run it.
3) Windows adds the path containing fmslogo.exe to the PATH, so "fmslogo.exe" will run fmslogo.exe.

This is mostly to try to reduce spam, but it's also good to publicly discuss proposed changes.

Tag the source code used to build FMSLogo 8.0.1.

Add the benchmarks for FMSLogo 8.0.1.

Update test results based on the 8.0.1 test pass.

Fix Bug #558; SETLABELFONT once again prints the names of each font when the font family name isn't supported.
This was a silent regression introduced by porting FMSLogo to Unicode. The old format strings used "%s" which is for "char*" string, but the new strings are "wchar_t*", so only the first character was printed. The fix was to use "%ls".

Make FONTFACENAMESTEST.SMOKETEST locale-independent

Update the version to 8.0.1 for a formal release.
