Fix the documentation for WINDOWSET mode=7.
This doesn't restore the window, but rather minimizes it window (SW_SHOWMINNOACTIVE).

Note that I've improved the manual in 8.0.1.

Add an example to THROW that shows how to test for bad input.
This was motivated by an online conversation with Manfred Zindel where he explains that he wasn't able to figure out how to do so by reading the manual.

Simplify LOCALVARTEST:
- Replace 'RUN (WORD ": :varname)' with THING.

Fix Bug #557; FMSLogo no longer crashes when it is closed while processing instruction list callbacks.

This is an unsatisfying fix, as I wasn't able to find a single place to check if the main frame has been deleted before processing an event. Instead, I put it in a few places that I was able to find that led to dereferencing NULL. It's possible that adding it to do_execution would have been sufficient or that I should add it to more places.

In any event, this fixes the crashes that I was able to reproduce reliably (MOUSEON and WINDOWFILEEDIT).

Cleanup: Remove commented out code

Simply EDITTEST.MANYVARIABLES:
- Replace FOR with REPEAT
- Replace a LOCALMAKE with MAKE (the variable was already LOCAL)
- Remove the "testpassed" flag

Lower-case the English primitives before adding them to the translation table.
This was done for uniformity so that Make, Pprop, and Pplist aren't the only upper-case English primitives.
This also fixes a problem in the Portuguese translation tables, where "Make" and "make" were shown as distinct English procedures.

Update the screensaver to use precompiled headers.
This improves build times by 1-2 minutes on my laptop.

Move edit_editexit from fmslogo.cpp to logodialogboxes.cpp.
This was never used by fmslogo.cpp and is used by logodialogboxes.cpp, so it makes more sense to define it there. However, the real motiviation is to fix a bug in the screensaver which re-defined it as char[] instead of wchar_t[] (a regression introduced when porting FMSLogo to use Unicode). By moving it to logodialogboxes.cpp, the screensaver and the main environment can use the same definition.
