Remove a redundant COPYDEF for ED from the French translation.
This duplicated the translation in localizedstrings-fr.txt.

Ignore the high score file, which is generated by running AM.lgo and should not be commited.

Update the expected test log to account for recent test fixes.

Fix a test bug in MESSAGEBOXTEST.POSITION where the parent was narrower than the messagebox.
This caused the test to log false-positive failures about the message box being positioned to the left and right of the parent on Windows 10, where the message box is wider than it is on Windows XP.
The fix is to widen the parent windows by 100 pixels, which is just enough to hold the narrowest Windows 10 message box.

Change UIAUTOMATION.SENDBUTTONPUSHTOWINDOW to look for the button as a descendant, not a child.
The Windows 10 system MessageBox window has an extra level of windows that it didn't have on Windows XP and so the UI automation wasn't able to find the buttons. By looking for the button as a descendant, and not a strict child, this fixes the test automation on Windows 10, but shouldn't cause problems on Windows XP.

Reformat the README to reduce its size.
SourceForge can't show the README inline but doesn't explain why.
I had thought it was because they limit the file size of 8KiB but even after
doing this, it's not appearing. Even though it doesn't solve the problem, I
am keeping the changes (shorter is better).

Remove EDITFILE's assumption that :editfile.filetoedit doesn't change while the editor is open.
EDITNEWFILE can violate this assumption if it's run while an EDITFILE editor session is open.

Replace the DLLCALL to FindWindowW() with FMSLogo primitives.
This makes EDITFILE look cleaner and will make it portable to GNU/Linux, once WINDOWSET, GETFOCUS, and SETFOCUS are implemented there.

Tag the source code used to build FMSLogo 8.0.0.

Add the benchmarks for FMSLogo 8.0.0.
