Tag the source code used to build FMSLogo 8.0.0.

Add the benchmarks for FMSLogo 8.0.0.

Fix a regression that prevented the screensaver from finding logolib in FMSlogo 8.0.0.
This was a bytes/characters bug that was introduced when porting FMSLogo to support Unicode.

Update the test log from the screensaver tests based on the 8.0.0 release test pass.

Update the test log based on the 8.0.0 realse test pass for Windows XP.
One new tracing message was added.

Increase the WAIT in TIMERTEST.YIELDFLAG.HELPER from WAIT 1 to WAIT 6.
WAIT 1 was enough for the timer event to be run on my Window XP machine but not on my Windows 10 machine.

Update the test log with the results from the 8.0.0 test pass.

Remove redundant COPYDEFs from the French startup-1036.logoscript.
These used the same translations as are used in localizedstrings-fr.txt.
