Move the declaration of vector_count to be next to the other global variable declarations.

Remove "extern" from function declarations.
Function declarations are implicitly "extern" and making it explicit doesn't add anything.

Cleanup: Remove redundant function declarations

Update the expected test log with a recent test pass of FMSLogo 8.0.0.

Fix a build break when compiling for for GNU/Linux
The case of a switch statement must be followed by a statement.

Remove all of the lexers from wxStyledTextCtrl.
The only lexer that FMSLogo uses is for logo files so all of the built-in ones were dead code.
This reduces build times and reduces the executable size of fmslogo.exe by about 2MB with no loss of functionality.
