Fix a build break when compiling for for GNU/Linux
The case of a switch statement must be followed by a statement.

Remove all of the lexers from wxStyledTextCtrl.
The only lexer that FMSLogo uses is for logo files so all of the built-in ones were dead code.
This reduces build times and reduces the executable size of fmslogo.exe by about 2MB with no loss of functionality.

Fix Bug #553; MESSAGEBOX no longer appears in strange places when the commander is minimized.

The fix has three parts:
1) Adding "-enable-display" when configuring wxWidgets so that parenting to
a minimized window doesn't crash on Windows XP.
2) Adding special logic to WINDOWSET to show/hide the Commander through
wxWidgets functions so that wxWindow::IsShown() knows when it has been
hidden with WINDOWSET. Otherwise, the commander is still selected as the
parent.
3) Using the main frame as the parent window when the commander is docked
is minimized or is not visible on the screen. In these cases, the user's
eyes are probably on the screen window.

Fix a build break in the screensaver caused by recent changes in netwind.cpp.

Extend test coverage to include WINDOWSET for hiding/showing.
Extend test coverage to include WINDOWSET based on button text (not supported)
Also extract some procedures to wrap the DLLCALL, mostly to make the code more readable.

Stop calling CMainFrame::PostCheckQueueMessage from netwind.cpp
I added this as part of a larger change that stopped passing an HWND around in netwind.cpp. This broke the build for the screensaver because CMainFrame doesn't exist in the screensaver.

I have reverted back to using the win32 ::PostMessage on the main frame's HWND.

Small changes
- Add a bad input test for [] (NULL in C)
- Remove a redundant call to FindWindow

Extend the proof-of-concept HTTP server to support executing turtle commands on a POST.

Refactoring: Extract UIAUTOMATION.MOVEWINDOW
This was done to remove code duplication within the tests and to make the calling code more readable.
