Extend the proof-of-concept HTTP server to support executing turtle commands on a POST.

Refactoring: Extract UIAUTOMATION.MOVEWINDOW
This was done to remove code duplication within the tests and to make the calling code more readable.

Document how UIAUTOMATION.POSTEVENT works.
Also update UIAUTOMATION.POSTKEYTOWINDOW to prove that :event can be a list.

UIAUTOMATION.POSTEVENT is going to be used by the MESSAGEBOX tests to get the position of a modal dialog box.

Remove unneeded parens in final example of IFELSE

Remove the "See Also" REPCOUNT in the documentation for REPEAT.
There was already a link to REPCOUNT in the description, so the See Also was redundant.

Minor improvements to SETFLOODCOLOR:
1) Add a second example that sets a color vector by variables (someone asked how to do this on a forum).
2) Change the first example to use a color name, since the second example uses a color vector.

Minor improvements to SETPENCOLOR
1) Remove the line that doesn't work from the second example (breaks copy&paste)
2) Add a title to the first example

Add some missing punctuation.

Document that NETACCEPTON can accept connections from multiple clients.
Also make numerous small stylistic improvements.

Remove false information from NETCONNECTON/NETACCEPTON.
The documentation said that you cannot "just" send from the sendready instruction callback list because it's only called if an earlier attempt to send failed. However, it's clearly documented below that it's also called at three other instances. I don't see why you couldn't send exclusively from sendready.
