Fix typo in comment: "onces" -> "ones"

Fix typo in the name of "regressiontestwindow" in WINDOWSTEST.REGRESSIONTEST
(Regression was misspelled with one 's')

Fix a typo in WINDOWSTEST.COMBOBOX that caused it to close the TESTUI window.

Refactoring: rename lacos (and friends) to larccos
This was done for consistency with the other functions that implement primitives (they all begin with "l" and are followed by the name of the primitive).

Set the label font before calling LABEL for repeatable test results.

Update the expected test of an error message to match changes to the text in FMSLogo
"Cannot" -> "cannot"

Update the expected test log with results from newly added tests.
This includes many changes in FMSLogo 8.0.0, including changing error dialog boxes to throwing errors and fixing ELLIPSEARC2.

Fix some missed translations of "in" -> "en" in the Spanish manual.
For some reason, the spell checker in my LibreOffice doesn't flag "in" as a misspelling.

Document the interaction between Unicode and opening the clipboard as file:
- The clipboard must contain text when it's opened for reading.
- In binary mode, the existing text is encoded in UTF-8 and all text written must be encoded in UTF-8.
- Even in binary mode, you can only write text to the clipboard.

Allow all-caps PUERTO in error-processing.xml
This was added to the documentation when the I/O port API was changed from showing message boxes to throwing errors.
