Enable screen repainting in zoomed modes on GNU/Linux.
Without this, the screen was completely blank when zoom.

Remove trailing whitespace

Replace the (incorrect) Spanish implementation of ARCOELIPSE2 with a COPYDEF.
This extends the fix for bug #494 to the Spanish version of FMSLogo.

Refactoring: move process_special_conditions() into filesave()

This change moves the call to process_special_conditions() from all callers of filesave() into filesave(). This reduces code duplication and makes it less likely that a new caller will forget to do this.

Fix typo in comment: begining -> beginning

Add tests for the interaction between OPENUPDATE and the clipboard:
- Updating non-ASCII data
- Updating non-text data

Fix a bug where OPENAPPEND "clipboard would append to "No Text in Clipboard" when then clipboard didn't contain text.
This required refactoring open_file so that it would return the encoding of any existing file. Before, the caller had to re-open the clipboard for reading to determine the encoding and this would populate the clipboard file with "No Text in Clipboard".

Fix a bug where the first three characters were removed when writing to the clipboard.
Also add test cases for writing unicode content to clipboard, which required being able to read unicode content from the clipboard via DLLCALL.

Fix a file handle leak when the clipboard file is closed.
This open handle prevented the "temp" clipboard file from being deleted.
This was a regression introduced by the Unicode refactoring and had never been publically released.

Fix Bug #530; Fix a crash when using OPENUPDATE "clipboard
This was caused by using an unitialized FILE* when the filename was "clipboard" and anything other than OPENREAD (text mode) or OPENWRITE (text mode) was run.
