Fix Bug #548; BITCUT/BITCOPY/BITPASTE/BITPASTETOBITINDEX now throw errors.
Before, they showed a modal dialog boxes and threw a stopping error.

Also, if a BITMAPTURTLE has no bitmap, a message is printed to the commander, instead of showing a modal dialog box.

Add bad input tests for BITCOPY, BITCUT, and BITPASTE.
This adds the necessary regression tests for fixing Bug #548.

Add a banner comment that explains which bitmode.lgo tests.

Fix a typo of the symbolic name of a translatable string.

Fix Bug #547; Throw errors from the PORT* API instead of showing a model dialog box.
This also removes an unneeded translation string for when a port cannot be closed.
This was only shown when the port was not open, for which there is a better error message.

Add a newline to end of LOCALIZED_ERROR_NETWORKSHUTDOWN
Without this, the error message doesn't appear in red (or on a separate line)
I also moved this to after the other network errors to emphasize that it's different (it needs a newline whereas the others don't).

Remove trailing whitespace from the spanish documentation for ELLISPEARC2

Fix Bug #552; PORTOPEN now reports an error if the port cannot be opened.

Correct the bad input tests for PORTOPEN
They were testing PORTCLOSE, probably a copy&paste error.

Remove return value from OnConnectSendFinish, OnConnectSendAck, OnListenReceiveAck
It has been returning an int (always 0), but the caller ignored it and really couldn't do anything if there was an error. By removing the return value, it makes the code more honest.
