Enable MOUSEPOS on GNU/Linux.
The rest of the mouse subsystem is functional on GNU/Linux so there was no reason for it to output [].

Cleanup: Move the prefixing of "MIDI Error: " from mklocal.pl to localizedstrings.txt
This improves tracability because the text in localizedstring.txt is now what is used by FMSLogo.
This also enables a translator to come up with a better error message, if the prefix is redundant.

Cleanup: Append ": %s" to LOCALIZED_ERROR_MCI instead of in mklocal.pl
This simplifies mklocale.pl by removing a special case that fabricated the format string.
It also makes it possible for a translator to come up with a better format string.

Change the size of the buffer given to mciGetErrorString to 128.
This matches the documented maximum size of any error string.

Fix Bug #545; MCI now throws a new MCI-specific error when the MCI subsystem returns an error instead of showing a modal dialog box and throwing a "Stopping" error.

Cleanup: remove strings for SOUND errors
These are no longer used, now that Bug #544 is fixed and SOUND throws a bad input error, instead of showing a dialog box.

Add a test that SOUND doesn't play anything when any part of the input list is bad.

Fix Bug #544; SOUND now throws a recoverable bad input error when given bad input.
Before it showed a modal dialog box and threw a stopping error.
SOUND also no longer plays any sound if there's a non-integer member of its input list.

Fix a typo in the comment for RUNRECOVERABLEERRORTEST
Also replace multiple LOCALMAKEs with a single LOCAL.

Extend BITSAVE.LARGEBITMAP to test a large 1bbp BITSAVE.
There are now separate code paths for 24bpp and 1bpp.
