Fix Bug #544; SOUND now throws a recoverable bad input error when given bad input.
Before it showed a modal dialog box and threw a stopping error.
SOUND also no longer plays any sound if there's a non-integer member of its input list.

Fix a typo in the comment for RUNRECOVERABLEERRORTEST
Also replace multiple LOCALMAKEs with a single LOCAL.

Extend BITSAVE.LARGEBITMAP to test a large 1bbp BITSAVE.
There are now separate code paths for 24bpp and 1bpp.

Improve the performance of FILESAREEQUAL by reading 1024 bytes at a time (instead of 1)
The bottleneck is the number of Logo instructions executed, so reading 1024 at a time reduces the execution time by a factor of 1024.

Add regression tests for some procedures in testlib.
This was done to prepare for improvement the performance of FILESAREEQUAL

Reduce the WX_PURE portion of DumpBitmapFile() to fix a build break.
Neither BITMAPINFOHEADER nor BITMAPFILEHEADER are not defined on GNU/Linux.

Fix copy&paste errors in comments: gif -> bmp

Fix spelling error in comment: piecemiel -> piecemeal

Add support for DumpBitmapFile() for WX_PURE platforms for high bit depths.
The intention was to add enough support on GNU/Linux to be able to run drawing tests that call CHECKSCREEN.

Refactoring: Move the cleanup code in lpolyend to the branches where it's needed.
