Update the message about why -flto cannot be used.
The latest mingw doesn't crash when given -flto, but I cannot make it work with wxWidgets.

Cleanup: Remove untranslated COPYDEF instructions from the Italian startup script.
All but one of these were commented out and so obviously did nothing.
The one that wasn't commented out redefined a NOREFRESH to itself, vacuous in itself, but also because NOREFRESH is a no-op in FMSLogo.

The primary motivation for this change is to remove warnings emitted by make-translation-tables.pl.

Cleanup: remove [copydef "px "pi] from Italian startup script.
This throws an error because px is a primitive.
It's also unnecessary since PX and PI are both already synonyms for PENREVERSE in the Italian FMSLogo.

Remove the OUTOFMEMORY tests that might fail (because of no overflow) on Windows.
This removes false-postive failures from the test pass.

Remove the commented out COPYDEF commands which translate a procedure name to itself.

I had asked Daniel Ajoy to add these so that they could be used to build translation tables which were added to the appendix of the English manual that was bundled with the Spanish FMSLogo. Since then, a complete Spanish translation of the manual has been added, complete with index, which made the translation table redundant. The translation tables are no longer included in the Spanish manual.

The primary motivation for removing these is to remove some warning generated by make-translations-table.pl.

Remove vacuous translations from the German startup script.
The German startup script translated FILTER as FILTER and TRANSFER as TRANSFER.
In addition to being in English, the translations do nothing, so including them in the startup script has no purpose and could lead to confusion.

Remove ignored German for MAROON
The translation "DunkelRot" is used for DARKRED and since color names are case-insensitive setting a color to "Dunkelrot" sets it to DARKRED, not MAROON.
Removing this ignored translation makes it easier to understand what has been translated by inspecting localizedstring-de.txt.

Clean up German translation by removing COPYDEFs that fail.
Some failed because they tried to re-define a primitive, others because the source procedure didn't exist.
Also remove some repeated BURY and MAKE instructions at the end.

Update the test pass log to include new tests that were recently added.

Move SHOWTURTLE after CLEARSCREEN in SPRITPERFTEST.
Otherwise the turtle 1 gets shown then erased, instead of restoring turtle 0 as being shown.
