This was probably a copy&paste error.

This is a regression from UCBLogo, but was made worse by the Unicode changes in that NUL was backslashed but not unbackslashed.

Update WORKSPACETEST for the Unicode FMSLogo
- Fix an off-by-one error in WORKSPACETEST.WORDWITHBINARYDATA.ALLVALUES that resulted in 256 false-positive failures.
- Use SIMPLEREPORTTEST, where appropriate. SIMPLEREPORTTEST has been updated to no longer write NUL characters and so is safe to use.
- Capitalize procedure names.

At this point, there is only one failure, which is that a NUL byte is not saved/loaded correctly.
