Fix check-manual to properly handle UTF-8 characters in source text.
This fixes false-positive warnings when a procedure name includes a non-ASCII character.

Document the new behavior of SETREADPOS,READPOS,SETWRITEPOS,WRITEPOS for Unicode FMSLogo
- The position may be after the unicode signature (leading BOM), but the position is still 0.
- The position is always in terms of bytes, not characters.
- Setting the position to the middle of a character's encoding is a bad idea.

Convert the EOL sequence for localizedstring-in.h to native.
This matches all of the other localizedstring-*.h files.

Update documentation of READCHARS for Unicode.
- in text mode, it reads characters
- in binary mode, it reads bytes

Merge in fixes to LEECARS documentation from trunk

Remove a comma (Spanish doesn't have an Oxford comma)

Fix typo in procedure name which resulted in incorrect information
LEECAR -> LEECARS

Update the documentation for BACKSLASHEDP related to where backlashed characters are remapped.
Now that FMSLogo supports unicode, they are mapped to a Private Use Area, instead of ASCII control characters.

Merge in doc improvements for BACKSLASHEDP from trunk

Document that "{", "}", and "|" are also BACKSLASHEDP characters.
