Fix typo in procedure name which resulted in incorrect information
LEECAR -> LEECARS

Update the documentation for BACKSLASHEDP related to where backlashed characters are remapped.
Now that FMSLogo supports unicode, they are mapped to a Private Use Area, instead of ASCII control characters.

Merge in doc improvements for BACKSLASHEDP from trunk

Document that "{", "}", and "|" are also BACKSLASHEDP characters.

Reword a sentence to be more direct and fix a spelling error of "preceding".

Note the change in behavior to "B" out parameters for DLLCALL.

Note changes in behavior for PRINT (binary mode) and Network API caused by adding support for Unicode.

Document that PRINT in binary mode only works on the lower byte.

Merge in some updates to the manual from trunk.

Ban "an empty list" in favor of "the empty list".
This follows the convention of formal language theory using "the empty string".
There is conceptually only one such list.
In implementation, there is also only one such list, the NULL pointer.
