Merge in some updates to the manual from trunk.

Ban "an empty list" in favor of "the empty list".
This follows the convention of formal language theory using "the empty string".
There is conceptually only one such list.
In implementation, there is also only one such list, the NULL pointer.

Add some explanative comments to the example.
These were back-ported from the Spanish translation.

Document that PRINT does EOL conversion for files opened in text mode.

Add some more information to a die string.

Update the documentation for DLLCALL with new Unicode functionality.

Merge spelling correction from trunk

Fix typo: empjua -> empuja

Merge changes from trunk (removal of extra commas)

Fix misuse of comma: "X, Y, o Z" -> "X, Y o Z"
(Spanish doesn't use the Oxford comma)
