Add test coverage for FMSLogo's parsing of data received from the network.

Add some test coverage for the behavior of sending non-ASCII characters.
The strange behavior is implemented for backward-compatability with the pre-Unicode versions of FMSLogo.

Fix Bug #541; The installer once again aborts if FMSLogo is running.

This was a regression introduced when I updated the installer to be Unicode. The installer was still calling the ANSI "CreateMutexA" with what presumably was now a Unicode string and therefore may have been interpreted as "L" instead of "LogoForWindowsMutex". Using the WCHAR from CreateMutexW restored the desired behavior.

Merge in change from trunk for the 7.7.0 release.

Clarify how to upload the changes to the manual (both English and Spanish)

Tag the source used to release 7.7.0

Restore native line endings, now that STRIPNULS has been replaced with LOGGABLEWORD (which escapes CR and LF)

Update with results from test 7.7.0 test pass on Windows 10.
This includes some updates to the logging and math tests which were updated after the XP test pass.

Add results for 7.7.0.

Remove redundant calls to LOGGABLEWORD.
