Strip newlines and carriage returns, in addition to NUL characters when logging.
This is an attempt to fix a problem that occured in the 7.7.0 test pass, where subversion wouldn't accept the log file because it had inconsistent line endings.

Update the expected text representation of infinity and -infinity to "inf and "-inf.
This corresponds with a change in the version of glibc with which FMSLogo is now compiled (as of 7.7.0).

Update with results from the 7.7.0 XP test pass.
The most significant change was in the textual representation of floating point numbers, due to using a newer version of glibc.

Remove the Indian portions of the build.
Until Sanjay translates the manual, there's no benefit to building/releasing an Indian version, since it's exactly the same as the English version.

Update the version to 7.7.0 to prepare for a formal release.

Remove the TYPE call from EXAMPLE.
This looks like it was used to type a prompt, which makes sense in UCBLogo but is just confusing in FMSLogo.

Clarify in the MY.REPEAT example that the first execution is done as a normal procedure. The special part of a macro is that the output is executed.

Capitalize "output" for conformance to the style guide.

Fix a few problems with the LOCALMAKE example in .MACRO
- It had unbalanced parens (didn't work at all)
- It re-defined a buried library routine, so it would be buried.
- It didn't capitalize the names of procedures (style guide violation)

Move the example introduction for WINHELP outside of the code listing.
This was done for conformance to the style guide.
