Merge in changes from trunk to get fixes on GTK+ for showing font picker.

Fix a bug on GTK+ where the font picker didn't appear.
According to the wxWidgets docs, a parent wxWindow must be supplied to wxFontDialog, either in the ctor or by calling wxFontDialog::Create().

Add -Winvalid-pch to get more information about problems with PCH.

Fix a problem with the non-ASCII workspace detection logic where
it didn't consider the "remapped" special characters as ASCII and
therefore continued to save all workspaces with a UTF-8 BOM.

Add a test that WORD can copy non-ASCII characters.

Refactoring: remove temp variable from word_strnzcpy

Merge changes from trunk to get updates to string copy functions.
This is needed on 64-bit logo to avoid a bug in wcsncpy that prevents FMSLogo from working at all.

Fix Bug #540; WORD now correctly copies characters after a CHAR 0.
The fix is to replace strncpy with memcpy. This fix also helps the Unicode branch work around an apparent bug in wcsncpy in the glibc on 64-bit GNU/Linux.

Refactoring: change the return type of copy_routine to return void.
The return value was never used.
This makes the string copying logic a little simpler.
