Add a missing ~ to the manual test for the colorizing of lines with continuations.

Rewrite the example for SOUND to follow better Logo style.
- FPUT is algorithmically faster than LPUT
- Having two "make" instructions in the loop generated unneeded garbage.

While LPUT might have been clearer, the fact that there was two instructions, one for the frequency and one for the duration was hard to see. To help clarify what the REPEAT instruction is doing, I added an explanatory sentence which shows the gist of what list is being created. Preserving the ascending tones with LPUT would have made the math unnecessarily complex, so I made them descending.

Change an cast to "int" to "intptr_t" to fix build break on 64-bit linux.

Update link to online documentation for Media Control Interface:
- Use docs.microsoft.com, which is where msdn.microsoft.com redirects.
- Use https instead of http (security is always better)
- Use <ulink> so that a link is put into the documentation, instead of just a text URL.

Make the variable name "foo lower-case in THING documentation.
This was done for improved conformance to the style guide.

Fix two trivial problems with IGNORE documentation:
- input was named "list" when in fact it can be any thing
- description didn't start with a fragment (style guide violation)

Fix a problem that prevented auto-complete from working on non-ASCII prefixes.
The root of the problem was that Scintilla uses UTF-8 and the "length" that it wants is bytes, not characters.

Merge in changes from trunk to get fixes to auto completion

Refactoring: Remove the need to Trim by not including leading whitespace in token.
This has no functional change in the 7.X series, but will be helpful when supporting Unicode in 8.X.

Fix Bug #538; Auto-completion now ignores case for non-ASCII letters.
