Merge in fix for Bug #536.
The fix will be modified for Unicode refactoring, but the tests are worth keeping.

Fix Bug #536; Make OPENAPPEND immediately set WRITEPOS to end of file.

Add FILETEST.OPENUPDATE.FILEEXITS, which was lost in a bad merge.

Fix a bug in FILETEST.OPENREAD.SETWRITE where it testede the position of the wrong stream

Add a button to run CLEARTEXT to TESTUI.
This makes it easier to see which output belongs to the next test that is run.

Fix typo in comment: "outpust" -> "outputs"

Fix inconsequential typo in name of test file (filetext -> filetest)
