Fix a misleading comment in FILETEST.OPENAPPEND.NOFILE

Fix a bug in FILETEST.OPENREAD.SETWRITE where it testede the position of the wrong stream

Add a button to run CLEARTEXT to TESTUI.
This makes it easier to see which output belongs to the next test that is run.

Fix typo in comment: "outpust" -> "outputs"

Fix FILETEST.COPYTEXTFROMCLIPBOARD to cleanup on error
This prevents strange behavior when FMSLogo locks the clipboard and keeps it locked.

Merge in changes from trunk (mostly updates to file tests and docs)

Fix a regression in writing to the clipboard caused by recent refactoring.
The problem is that the clipboard file was read from before fclose() was called, so the contents hadn't yet been flushed.
