This prevents strange behavior when FMSLogo locks the clipboard and keeps it locked.

Merge in changes from trunk (mostly updates to file tests and docs)

Fix a regression in writing to the clipboard caused by recent refactoring.
The problem is that the clipboard file was read from before fclose() was called, so the contents hadn't yet been flushed.

Add a production for dumping the RAWASCII of each character in a word.
This is useful for debugging when a test says that two things which look alike are different.

More explicitly document the behavior of the OPEN* commands when the file exists or doesn't exist.

Add a test case for trying to write to a file that was opened for reading.

Add a test for reading from a file that was opened for writing.
