FMSLogo Code

Convert DEMO to UTF-8.
It contains German translations. This enables the German text to appear correctly if run on a German FMSLogo installed on a non-German Windows.

Stop setting character set in the content of the .CHM.
This stopped being necessary once the translation tables were converted to Unicode.

Remove references to CHARSET_ID from localizedstrings.h.
This is not needed now that all strings are Unicode.

Update the Hindi localizestrings.h to use Unicode strings

Make APOSTROPHE sort like a DIGIT ZERO in translation tables.
This defines an order for the Italian translation table, which has two names that only differ by a trailing apostrophe. Before, different versions of Perl would generate different translation tables.

Merge in change from trunk.

Strip a few more tags from the .CHM
- links home
- lang attributes beyond just "en"
- chapter classes without a language

Merge changes in from trunk (incorporate a Hindi translation)

Fix typo in comment: XLST -> XSLT

Update the translation tables generation to be compatible with Unicode structure:
1) Read names from UTF-8 text files (not header files)
2) Write out XML in ASCII with character entities (not UTF-8)
3) Parse graphics.h expecting a wide text literal
