Go back to using \xHHHH instead of \uHHHH to escape non-ASCII characters.
Even though \u has been supported since C++11, the latest i686-w64-mingw32-windres on Cygwin doesn't support it, which corrupted any non-ASCII character in the screen saver's dialog boxes.

To work around the problem that originally made me switch from \x to \u, mklocale.pl now splits the string literal wherever a new \x escape sequence "absorb" subsequent characters that happened to be hexadecimal digits. This results in uglier header files, but the real source code is the .txt files.

Add a missing period.

Fix Bug #534; Make sure the commander input's caret is visible clearing its contents.
This fixes a problem where typing a long line into the commander's input box would scroll right and the first character of the next line typed would be hidden from view.

Add a -static to the build line for the screensaver.
This prevents the screensaver from linking to libwinpthread-1.dll, which does not exist on Windows.
This is only a problem for recent versions of MinGW.

Fix Bug #535; CLOSEALL now resets READER and WRTIER streams to []

Merge in changes from trunk, mostly to get CFileStream refactoring

Refactoring: Make CFileStream reference a CFileListNode
This eliminates the need to copy the information from CFileListNode to CFileStream, but also makes it easy to transfer state from the active reader/writer to the file stream, as will likely need to be done to support Unicode.

Fix a typo in a comment
Include $LDFLAGS in double-quotes, in case it contains a "-".
