Fix a typo in a test prompt.

Add po(), which is like lpo() except it accepts an output stream.
This is a clearer calling contract for callers that want to write to a specific FILE*.

Remove unneeded parens

Refactoring: Add a FILE* parameter to po_helper instead of using g_Writer.GetStream()
This makes the calling contract clearer (one fewer global variable).
It also makes the contract simpler in the case where g_Writer.GetStream() is not the desired target.

Change RUNPRINTTEST to use READRAWLINE to check output.
This gives higher fidelity, as READRAWLINE doesn't remove comments from the input stream.

Add a comment to document the parameters for RUNPRINTTEST.

Add a regression test for saving a non-ASCII workspace.

Remove an unused local variable in SAVETEST.SMOKETEST.HELPER.

Add a comment to RUNPRINTTEST since it wasn't immediately obvious to me why a line of code existed.

Update BACKSLASHEDP to work in the Unicode build.
