Merge changes from trunk, mostly to get tests for BACKSLASHEDP.

Test the interaction between DRIBBLE and READLIST reading from "stdin".

Add regression tests for BACKSLASHEDP

Add a regression test for saving to a file with a unicode character in its name.

Update ASCII/RAWASCII/CHAR to process Unicode characters (despite their name)

- a character outside the ASCII range
- that a two-digit word is rejected as bad input

Add some tests for reading Unicode encodings.

Fix "clean" to remove the entire "www" directory to prevent build problems with using dirty data.
(The "media" directories were being left behind).

Fix misspelling of "Croatian" (was missing the 'r')
