Update with the results from the 7.6.0 test pass (no regressions found)

Update the value of :ID_SETPENSIZE to match changes in mainframe.cpp.

Corrected the wording of a chagne for 7.6.0
The translation table menu items were only removed from Croatian builds, not Slovene builds, because the Slovene build did not exist before 7.6.0.

Remove the useless Help menu items to translation tables from the Croatian and Slovene builds.
These languages intentionally did not translate any procedure names, so the translation tables were blank.

Increment version to 7.6.0 for a formal release.

Add a regression test that PO dribbles what it prints.

Add a test that commands run from GUI are written to DRIBBLE file

Remove trailing whitespace

Fix a build break when USE_RICHTEXT_CODE_EDITOR is defined.

Re-run mklocale.pl to regenerate the untranslated parts of localizedstrings-si.h.
