Add more bad input tests for DRIBBLE

Move the tests for DRIBBLE into their own file.
This was done in anticipation of adding more test coverage for DRIBBLE.

Merge in changes from trunk (mostly new keyboard shortcuts)

Make PageUp and Shift+PageUp from commander input act as if the caret were at the bottom of the commander history.
This is part of Feature Request #121.

Add a GetCommander() private helper.
This is equivalent to GetParent(), but centralizes a static_cast to CCommander.
This makes the calling code easier to read.

Implement Feature #121; Improved keyboard shortcut behavior:
- Ctrl+Home from commander input now jumps to top of the commander history.
- Ctrl+Shift+Home from commander input now select everything in the
commander history and jumps to the top of it.

Refactor to use Commander::GiveControlToInputBox() to set focus on input
The same logic is executed, but at some point, I thought going through the commander was a better structure.

Make NumPad End act like End and NumPad Home act like Home in command history.
This is part of feature #121.
