Implement Feature #121; Improved keyboard shortcut behavior:
- Ctrl+Home from commander input now jumps to top of the commander history.
- Ctrl+Shift+Home from commander input now select everything in the
commander history and jumps to the top of it.

Refactor to use Commander::GiveControlToInputBox() to set focus on input
The same logic is executed, but at some point, I thought going through the commander was a better structure.

Make NumPad End act like End and NumPad Home act like Home in command history.
This is part of feature #121.

Use wxID_PRINT for Bitmap -> Print.
This is a wxWidget "Stock Item" and has the effect of using platform-specific indicators about the semantics. In this case, it puts a printer icon next to the menu item on GTK.

Fix a problem with the numpad navigation on GTK
The problem is, according to wxWidgets documentation, that GTK doesn't give the correct key codes when Shift is held down. To account for this, on GTK, there is new logic which will map the key codes back to the correct ones.

Refactoring on the way keyboard navigation is done on commander history.
- Add keyboard acelearators for non-navigation keys
- Use a switch statement on the key code for the rest.

The intention was to make the keyboard navigation clearer. My original
idea way to make everything a keyboard acelerator, but this got clumsy,
requiring four shortcuts for some navigation to cover combinations
of using the numpad, and with the Ctrl key. I also ran into some
problems on GTK because the Shift+WXK_NUMPAD_* events don't work
as acelerators, but it seems they also don't work in OnKeyDown.

Fix the Ctrl+Shift+] and Ctrl+] keyboard shortcuts on GTK+

Fix a build break when not using precompiled headers.

Add SetAccelerators() to offer a table-driven API for setting keyboard shortcuts.
This makes the code smaller and easier to read.
