Fix the Italian translations for X-Low and X-High in the "Select Active Area" dialog box
This is Bug #532.

Prepare FMSLogo to be translated to Solvene.
This is for Feature Request #120.

Improve the error reporting when files don't exist.

Add some instructions on how to add a new langauge to the build.
This was based on the experience of adding Slovene.

Fix a bug on GTK+ where Ctrl+D didn't work when the commander was docked

Fix a problem where the CRLF -> LF translation didn't work for UTF-16.
Of course, this is because the CRLF appears as CR-NUL-LF.
The short-term fix is to read-ahead with we get a CR to see if the next
character is an LF, and, if, translate to LF.

This is a short-term fix because it's implemented in a clumsy way
(with a seek, instead of a buffer) and because it only applies to one
format, whereas all formats should have a similar problem on GNU/Linux.

Remove five and six octect sequences from read_char_utf8
Although these follow the pattern, they are not included in UTF-8,
which is only for encoding 16-bit characters.

Fix GetConfigurationString() to work on the Unicode GNU/Linux build.

Print out procedure bodies at UTF-8.
This a stop-gap solution to fixing SAVE and the editor until g_Writer
can hold the character encoding to use (and possibly implement the
character encoding functionality).

Add a UTF-8 BOM to the temp files used to store the workspace for editing.
This will be used to instruct the reader to interpret it as UTF-8.
