This has no outward effect, but it fixes a warning from check-manual.pl

Change references to SETCURSORNOESPERA to PONCURSORNOESPERA
It looks like a translation error that half-tranlated "setcursornowait" to "setcursornoespera".
This is corrected in 7.5.0, so the documentation can use the fully Spanish name.
