Fix an untranslated reference to FIGURAS.LGO
The example showed saving as FIGURAS.LGO and loading a SHAPES.LGO, which wouldn't work.

Fix untranslated link text to AREAACTIVA.

Remove trailing whitespace.

Expand the link text of "control de GROUPBOX" to include a lower-case word.
This was done to keep check-manual.pl from reporting a false-positive error.
Changing the link text was the easiest way to fix the error, although it wasn't wrong as "GROUPBOX"

Adapt the manual style checker to check the Spanish manual.

Fix the Spanish translation for SETCURSORWAIT: setcursornoespera -> poncursornoespera
This looks like it was an oversight on the part of the original translator, which
would not have been noticed due to how unimportant the procedure is.
The previous (bad) name was added as a COPYDEF directive for backward compatibility.

Remove logic associated with abbreviations.xml.
This abbreviations.xml was removed long ago.
Abbreviations for a procedure are now documented with that procedure.

Add some comments to explain warnings about bad linkends

Minor improvements to documentation for PLLIST
- Clarify that the third list of a contents list are names of plists.
- Split the examples into two listings, since they are independent.
- Lowercase the names of the example plists to adhere to the style guide.
