Fix typo in documentation for UNTRACE
"not being trace" -> "not being traced"

Re-add the suggestion to develop networking programs using "localhost".
This had been commented out because FMSLogo didn't support listening on the loopback adapter until version 7.0.0.

I don't know what this is and I wasn't able to find any reference to it on the Web. I suspect that it's an long-defunct emulator that enables a PC speaker to act as a sound card on old versions of Microsoft Windows. Nowadays, sound cards are more common than PC speakers.

Fix typo: "each of these command" -> "each of these commands"

Add a link to the Spanish manual so that web crawlers can find it.

Fix the link to the CHANGELOG.TXT in the release notes.
