Translate the documentation for the networking procedures into Spanish.
This translation was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Minor fixes:
* Remove an errant ")"
* Add a missing ","
* Move each sentence to a separate line

Add an argument to FORWARD in the example for REDEFP.
This makes it clearer that FORWARD is failing for the correct reason (that it was erased).

Add a missing comma

Clarify the instruction in the <replaceable> part of the example for SETACTIVEAREA.

Fix a few grammatical errors

Translate the front-matter for the chapter on Networking Commands to Spanish.
This translation was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Fix a few adjective/noun gender+count disagreement mistakes.

Fix a bad translation of "such that".
It replaces "tal que" with "de modo/manera que" or completely rewrites the sentence.
