FMSLogo Code

Make HELP documentation begin with a sentence fragment.
This was done for conformance to the style guide.

Replace "360.0" with "360".
The ".0" is needed in C to prevent truncation, but not in Logo.
Including it is misleading at worst, and looks weird at best.

Fix a copy&paste error
The second example was deleting the wrong window. This had the same behavior, since deleting an unknown window name deletes all windows, but it wasn't clear why.

Start listing changes for FMSLogo 7.5.0 (so far only improvements to the manual).

Fix the case of the file names in the example.
Logolib and its files were made lowercase as part of porting FMSLogo to GNU/Linux.

Fix misplaced </userinput> close tags.
These made it look like output from FMSLogo was something the user typed in.

Fix a typo in the front-matter for the Bitmap Commands chapter.

Translate the front matter for the BITMAP chapter into Spanish.

Translate the documentation for the common dialog box procedures into Spanish.
This translation was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Fix an incorrect gender of "retrollamada"
